We take our commercial property inspection reports seriously. Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of the major systems and components in the building. The digital report includes a clear description of what we’ve found with photos of any potential problem areas noted, so you can easily identify them.
We are not a remediation or treatment company, we receive no commissions from contractors or other companies as this would be considered a conflict of interest. You can be assured that our report is accurate and unbiased. We have nothing to gain from finding a problem with your building and will only recommend further evaluation or repairs when it is necessary.
When inspecting commercial or industrial properties, South Carolina Law requires the inspector to be licensed as a Commercial General Contractor, Architect or Engineer. Our inspector is fully licensed as a Commercial General Contractor and has all the necessary qualifications you may need.
